Shaping HR was born from a conversation between two colleagues at a turning point in our careers. One of us was the founder of a growing ABA company, the other its trusted HR leader — both of us asking, What’s next? What emerged was a shared realization: the biggest challenges in early-stage ABA businesses are often the ones no one prepares you for — compliance decisions, hiring missteps, team culture drift, or HR issues that could’ve been prevented with the right structure in place. We’ve lived those pain points firsthand and we knew we could be the kind of resource we once needed.
